Working with each other and the practice of mindfulness, we will engage in creative experiential e xercises to discover and explore our own particular thoughts, feelings and beliefs. We will be able to experience firsthand how we perceive and relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. We will also tap into the mind-body connection -a powerful resource for self-awareness, health and well-being. We will be guided by a range of mind-body approaches to the study of psychology- from CBT – Cognitive Behav ioral Therapy to Hakomi mind-body therapy, from Attachm ent theory to Carl Jung’s Depth psychology. |
